Land Securities Group PLC ("Landsec") Capital markets day and change in presentation of segmental financial information
Today Landsec will be hosting a capital markets day. The presentation slides will be available on our website from 08:45 BST and an audiocast of the presentation will be uploaded on Friday 20 September.
As part of the presentation, Martin Greenslade, Chief Financial Officer, will explain that the results of Landsec's operations for the 2019/20 financial year will be presented in three operating segments: Office, Retail, and Specialist. Prior to this, Landsec's operations were presented in two operating segments: the London Portfolio and the Retail Portfolio.
For reference, the presentation of the segmental information and Combined Portfolio Analysis for the March 2019 and September 2018 financial results have been revised to reflect the three operating segments for comparative purposes. The unaudited revised presentation and a reconciliation to the previously presented financial information can be found on our website www.landsec.com/investors/results-presentations.
