USD30,000,000 Callable Zero Coupon Instruments due October 2044, Series 1172 (ISIN XS1113994419) issued pursuant to the Westpac Banking Corporation (ABN 33 007 457 141) Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments ("EMTN Programme").
Westpac Banking Corporation has given notice of the redemption in full of the above referenced Instruments, issued under its EMTN Programme.
The due date for redemption is 2 October 2019, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Modified Following Business Day Convention.
