Number of ordinary shares purchased: 50,000
The highest and lowest price paid was price paid was 1530 pence per share and 1520 pence per share, respectively.
The purchase represented an average price of 1525.70 pence per share.
The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following this purchase, the total number of voting rights in JD Wetherspoon plc is 104,678,395.
