Notice of General Meeting

Air Partner plc, the global aviation services group, confirms that a Notice of General Meeting has been published on the website at http://www.airpartner.com/en/investors and is being posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy. 

The General Meeting is primarily being held to seek shareholders' approval of the proposed Air Partner plc Save As You Earn (SAYE) scheme. In addition, the Company is taking the opportunity to correct a typographical error in its AGM notice by asking shareholders to grant new authorities for the directors to allot shares and issue shares on a non-pre-emptive basis, to replace those granted at the 26 June 2019 AGM.

The General Meeting will take place at 11:00 on Monday 25 November 2019 at 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick, West Sussex, RH6 0PA.

The Notice of General Meeting and associated Form of Proxy have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
