Grant of Share Options
Bidstack Group plc (AIM: BIDS), the native in-game advertising group, hereby announces that the Company has granted 3,666,667 new share options (the "Options") to staff under the terms of the Bidstack Group Plc Enterprise Management Incentive ("EMI") Share Option Scheme 2018 and the Bidstack Group Plc Unapproved Share Option Scheme 2018. All of the options will be exercisable three years after the date of grant, save in certain circumstances including the Company being the subject of a takeover offer, and will expire ten years after the date of grant.
As part of the grants, the Company has granted 1,000,000 Unapproved Options to Donald Stewart, its Chairman, and 500,000 EMI options to John McIntosh, its Chief Financial Officer, in each case exercisable at 20 pence per share. Following the grant of these new option the options held by Donald Stewart and John McIntosh will be as follows.

* Mr Stewart also holds Warrants over 250,103 Existing Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of £0.05 per Existing Ordinary Share and an interest in Warrants over 25,000 Ordinary Shares with an exercise price of £0.20 held by Ruscombe Management Services Limited. All of these warrants were granted in connection with the recapitalisation of the Company in November 2017 and expire on 15 November 2020.
