Transactions in own shares
PAO "TMK" (TMK or TMK Group), one of the world's leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, announces the purchases on the open market of the total number of 75,301 depositary receipts(1) (ISIN US87260R2013) on 07 November 2019 at the volume weighted average price of RUB 216.46 per depositary receipt pursuant to the buy-back programme approved by TMK's Board of Directors on September 10, 2018.
The purchases were made by "Volzhsky Pipe Plant" Joint stock company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
