Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at 14 November 2019 consisted of 614,232,718 ordinary shares (previously 614,226,477 ordinary shares taking into account the latest buyback and an exercise of 6,241 options on 14 November) and 34,000 preference shares with no voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 614,232,718.
The above figure of 614,232,718 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
