EN+ GROUP ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO SEMI-ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTING

14 November 2019 - EN+ GROUP IPJSC (the "Company" and, together with its consolidated subsidiaries, the "En+ Group" or the "Group") announces the decision made at a meeting of its board of directors (the "Board") held on 14 November 2019 to change to semi-annual financial reporting.

Financial Reporting

The Board has determined that the Group will amend its financial reporting schedule, moving from a quarterly to semi-annual basis. In so doing, from 1 January 2020, the Group will cease the preparation and reporting of consolidated financial results on a quarterly basis and will instead report half-yearly consolidated financial results. The Company believes that this change will better align its reporting with the long-term nature of its assets.

The Company will continue to report the Group's operational results on a quarterly basis.

Corporate Governance Regulations

In addition, in connection with the process pursuant to which the Company redomiciled to the Russian Federation earlier this year, the Board has formally documented the Company's dividend policy, as well as regulations governing General Shareholders Meetings.

The above regulations will shortly be uploaded to the En+ Group's website at https://www.enplusgroup.com/en/investors/corporate-documents/.
