Admission of securities to the official list
Source: RNSApplication has been made by TOTAL S.A. to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 28,282,848 ordinary shares of TOTAL S.A. with a par value of 2.5 Euros each, including (i) 2,096,571 ordinary shares issued from January 2018 to December 2018 resulting from the exercise of TOTAL S.A. shares subscription option plans, (ii) 1,212,767 ordinary shares issued on January 14, 2019, in connection with the scrip dividend for the second interim dividend of the 2018 fiscal year, (iii) 14,864,169 ordinary shares issued on April 8, 2019 in connection with the scrip dividend for the third interim dividend of the 2018 fiscal year, (iv) 9,845,111 ordinary shares issued on June 6, 2019 in connection with a share capital increase reserved for existing employees, (v) 264,230 ordinary shares issued from January 2019 to September 2019 resulting from the exercise of TOTAL S.A. shares subscription option plans.
Dealings on these shares are expected to commence on November 22, 2019.
