Notification on share price set

PJSC Gazprom was notified that JSC Gazprom Gazoraspredelenie, a company controlled by PJSC Gazprom, as a result of the collection of bids for the purchase of 850,590,751 ordinary shares of PJSC Gazprom using the trading platform of PJSC Moscow Exchange, had set the sale price at RUB 220.72 per ordinary share.
