Results of voting at a General Meeting held on 25 November 2019

Air Partner plc, the global aviation services group, announces that the resolutions put to the General Meeting held at 11:00am today at the Company's registered office at 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick, West Sussex RH6 0PA were duly passed.  All resolutions were voted on by way of a poll and the results of the poll for the resolutions are shown below:

1. Any proxy appointments which gave discretion to the Chairman of the Meeting have been included in the "For" total.

2. A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the votes "For" or "Against" a resolution. 

As at 25 November 2019, there were 52,862,895 Air Partner plc ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue. Ordinary shareholders are entitled to one vote per ordinary share held.

The total votes cast, both by proxy and poll, including votes withheld, amount to 32% of the issued share capital.

Resolutions 1 and 2 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 3 and 4 were passed as special resolutions. 

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.2 a copies of all the resolutions passed (other than resolutions concerning ordinary business) have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
