A meeting of PJSC Tatneft Board of Directors was held in Kazan on 28 November 2019

The Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft (the "Company") decided, inter alia, to (i) approve cash flow projections for the Company for 2020; (ii) approve base crude oil production plan of 29.5 mln tons for 2020; (iii) approve changes to the Management Board of the Company due to the departure of Vladlen Voskoboinikov from the Company.
