Appointment of Group Chief Financial Officer

As previously announced on 12 June 2019, Andy Parsons is to join the company as Group Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and the Board of Just Group plc (the "Group" or the "Company") ("the Board") as an Executive Director. Mr Parsons will also be CFO of the Group's insurance subsidiaries, Just Retirement Limited and Partnership Life Assurance Company Limited.

The Board announces that Andy Parsons will start his duties with effect from 1 January 2020.

Notes

1.     This announcement is made in accordance with Rules 9.6.11 and 9.6.12 of the Listing Rules.

2.     Andy Parsons has been Group Finance Director at LV= since June 2017, having held executive positions at several leading financial institutions. His career in finance has spanned over 25 years, with particular expertise in life and general insurance. Prior to joining LV=, he held the roles of finance director, divisional risk officer and long-standing life, pensions and investment director for the insurance business of Lloyds Banking Group. He previously worked at Friends Life, AXA and Zurich Financial Services in a number of executive financial roles.

3.     No other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in relation to Andy's appointment as a Director of the Company.
