AVEVA Group plc announces that on 3 December 2019 it was notified of the following share option exercise and sale of shares which took place:
Steen Lomholt-Thomsen, Chief Revenue Officer
On 2 December 2019 Mr Lomholt-Thomsen exercised options over 4,219 shares under the AVEVA Group Senior Employee Restricted Share Plan 2015 at an exercise price of 35/9 pence per share and sold all resultant shares at a price of £45.46 per share.
Following this, Mr Lomholt-Thomsen beneficially owns 3,603 ordinary shares and holds options over 107,149 ordinary shares.
