Director/PDMR Shareholding and Total Voting Rights
Blackbird plc (AIM: BIRD), developer and seller of the patented market-leading cloud video editing platform Blackbird, announces an update on the Director/PDMR shareholdings in the Company pursuant to the Company's placing announced on 29 November 2019 (the "Placing"). Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given to such terms in the announcement issued by the Company dated 29 November 2019 unless otherwise defined herein.
The table below sets out the Directors' shareholdings in the Company subsequent to the First Admission (which occurred this morning) and to the Second Admission (which is expected to occur on 18 December 2019 and is subject to shareholder approval).

Total Voting Rights
Following First Admission which occurred on 4 December 2019, the Company's enlarged issued share capital comprises 324,623,725 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 324,623,725.
Following Second Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 335,239,092 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 335,239,092.
These figures may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
