Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at 5 December 2019 consisted of 613,076,478 ordinary shares (previously 612,763,878 ordinary shares taking into account the latest buyback and an exercise of 312,600 options on 4 December) and 34,000 preference shares with no voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 613,076,478.
The above figure of 613,076,478 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
