The Company announces that, on 6 December 2019, it issued 75,000 new Ordinary shares of 5p each (the "New Shares") for cash at a price of 301.0 pence per share under its Ordinary share blocklisting facility. Dealings in the new Ordinary shares are expected to commence on 10 December 2019.
Following this issue of shares, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue is 143,077,520 with each Ordinary share holding one voting right. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 143,077,520 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
