Savills to propose the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") as auditor from 2021
Savills announces its Board has approved the proposed appointment of EY as the Group's Auditor with the appointment for the financial year ending 31 December 2021. This follows a competitive tender process conducted by Savills Audit Committee.
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC"), Savills current auditor, will continue in its role for the financial year ending 31 December 2020, subject to reappointment by shareholders at the 2020 Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 May 2020. The appointment of EY will be recommended to Savills shareholders for approval at the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
