Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Beazley plc confirms that, as at the close of business on 31 December 2019, its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 529,744,066 shares of 5p each.

 

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 December 2019 was 529,744,066.

 

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Rules.
