EBT Share Purchase
The Company was notified on 7 January 2020 by the Trustee of The Future plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT had purchased 1,773 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the Company on 7 January 2020 at a price of 1446.67p per share.
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Executive Directors of the Company.
Following this transaction, a total of 854,182 shares representing 0.871% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
