1. Approved the Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Resultsof the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019.
2. Declared the payment of Interim Dividend @ 64% (Rs. 6.40 Per share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the FY 2019-20.
