EBT Share Purchase
The Company was notified on 6 February 2020 by the Trustee of The Future plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT had purchased 60,000 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the Company on 6 February 2020 at a price of 1151.2p per share.
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Executive Directors of the Company.
Following this transaction, a total of 1,031,879 shares representing 1.053% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
