Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX), the only real estate investment trust dedicated to investing in very large logistics warehouse assets in the UK, confirms that it will announce its results for the year ended 31 December 2019 on 17 March 2020.

A Company presentation for analysts and investors will be held at 9am on the day at the offices of Taylor Wessing LLP, 5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW.

Investing in and actively managing existing built investments, land suitable for Big Box development and developments predominantly delivered through pre-let forward funded basis, the Company focuses on large, well-located, modern Big Box logistics assets, let to institutional-grade tenants on long-term leases (typically at least 12 years in length) with upward-only rent reviews and geographic and tenant diversification throughout the UK.
