Statement re: CMA inquiry into proposed sale of nuclear business

John Wood Group PLC ("Wood") has received formal confirmation from the Competition and Markets Authority ("CMA") that it has no objections to the proposed sale of Wood's nuclear business to Jacobs.

Wood and Jacobs continue to work towards completion of the transaction which is expected later this month.
