Notification of 2019 Results Announcement, Conference Call

23 March 2020. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, will announce its consolidated IFRS financial results for the year ended  31 December 2019 on  27 March 2020. 

The Company will hold a conference call for investors and analysts at 15:00 Moscow time (12:00 London / 08:00 New York) on 27 March 2020.

The conference call will be held in Russian with simultaneous translation into English on a separate line.
