Spectris plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding
This notification is made under Article 19(1) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 ('MAR').
Spectris plc ('the Company') has been notified by Andrew Heath, Chief Executive, that he has today acquired 1,089 ordinary shares at a price of 2298 pence per share. This purchase was made pursuant to an irrevocable instruction dated 29 February 2020 to purchase shares to the value of £25,217.40.
This purchase was made in compliance with the Company's 2017 Remuneration Policy (the "Policy") and the requirement contained within the Policy that any bonus payment in excess of 60% of salary must be used to acquire shares in the Company until the minimum shareholding requirement of 300% of salary is achieved.
