Net Asset Value and Dividend Announcement

The Company announces that its unaudited Net Asset Value as of 31 March 2020 is £1,839.5 million (121.2 pence per share).

The Company's March 2020 Factsheet is available on the Company's website, www.greencoat-ukwind.com.

The Company also announces a quarterly interim dividend of 1.775p pence per share with respect to the quarter ended 31 March 2020.

The Company is committed to supporting efforts to limit and delay the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the wellbeing of our investment manager, turbine operation and maintenance service providers, site managers and the local communities in which our wind farms are based is our number one priority. We continue to monitor and assess the situation and are working in line with the Government's latest guidance. To date there has been no material impact on the Company's day-to-day operations or performance.
