(LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, announces that a copy of the Company's Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2019 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and is now available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism*.

The Annual Financial Report is also available to view on, and download from, the Company's website at www.bb-gi.com *. Shareholders may also request that the Annual Accounts, as well as the Report of the Independent Auditor, the Management Report and, where applicable, comments made by the Supervisory Board, are sent to them free of charge.
