Copies of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
Printed copies of Informa's Annual Report and Accounts and the Strategic Report are expected to be mailed to shareholders who have opted to receive a hard copy on 12 May 2020.
