In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13R(1), InterContinental Hotels Group PLC ("IHG") announces that Sharon Rothstein, non-executive director of IHG from 1 June 2020, has been appointed as a director of Afterpay Limited, (APT), listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), with effect from 1 June 2020.
