Seventh Supplement dated 27 May 2020 relating to the Programme for the $100,000,000,000 Global Registered Covered Bond Program of Bank of Nova Scotia, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Scotiabank Covered Bond Guarantor Limited Partnership.

The Seventh Supplement, together with the documents incorporated by reference therein, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
