Director Dealing
Kape (AIM: KAPE), the digital security and privacy software business, was notified that on 28 May 2020 that Ido Erlichman, Chief Executive Officer, and Moran Laufer, Chief Financial Officer, had exercised certain of the options in the Company held by them.
Mr Erlichman exercised a total of 1,600,000 options and Mr Laufer exercised a total of 750,000 options. Following the exercise of these options, Mr Erlichman sold 1,700,000 ordinary shares of $0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") and Mr Laufer sold 750,000 Ordinary Shares, both at a price of 200p.
Following the above transactions, set out in further detail in the tables below, Mr. Erlichman now holds 1,600,000 options and no Ordinary Shares. Mr Laufer now holds 750,000 options and 74,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the current share capital of the Company.
