Sub.: Change in Directorship: Appointment of Government Nominee Director

This is to inform that Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India vide mail dated 24.03.2020 has nominated Smt. Esha Srivastava, Director (IC),  Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India as a Government Nominee Director (DIN) on the Board of the Company w.e.f 24.03.2020.

The information pertaining to Smt. Esha Srivastava is as under:

1. Brief profile

Ms. Srivastava has done Political Science Honors from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. She is the recipient of the prestigious Dr.  Karan Singh Gold Medal for topping Delhi University at Post Graduate Level. She has completed her schooling from La Martiniere Girls' College in Lucknow.

Ms. Srivastava is an Indian Foreign Service Officer of 2004 batch. Inter alia, she has served in the Permanent Delegation of India to UNESCO in Paris, and in the Indian High Commission/Embassy in Sri Lanka and Bhutan. She has also served in the Ministry of External Affairs as Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Europe West Division, and Director. Her last assignment was as the Deputy Chief of Mission in Thimphu.

She is currently holding the charge of Director (International Cooperation) in Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.

Ms. Srivastava is proficient in Hindi, English and French.

2. Further with respect to SEBI Instructions dated 14.06.2018, it is affirmed that Ms. Esha Srivastava is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
