Changes in the Management Board

01 June 2020. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that on 29 May 2020 its Board of Directors adopted the following decisions:

1.   Early termination of powers of the members of the Management Board: Andrey Dyomin, Dmitry Korotkov, Alexander Pyatigor, Olga Sergeeva.

2.    Election of the following members of the Management Board:

·    Andrey Murov, First Deputy Director General - Executive Director of the Company;

·    Aleksandr Zaragatsky, First Deputy Director General of the Company;

·    Andrey Mayorov, First Deputy Director General - Chief Engineer of the Company;

·    Larisa Romanovskaya, First Deputy Director General of the Company;

·    Pavel Grebtsov, Deputy Director General for Economic Affairs and Finance of the Company;

·    Aleksey Molsky, Deputy Director General for Investment, Capital Construction and Services of the Company.

New composition of the Management Board:

• Pavel Livinsky - Chairman of the Management Board, Director General, ROSSETI, PJSC;
• Andrey Murov - Member of the Management Board, First Deputy Director General - Executive Director, ROSSETI, PJSC;
• Aleksandr Zaragatsky - Member of the Management Board, First Deputy Director General, ROSSETI, PJSC;
• Andrey Mayorov - Member of the Management Board, First Deputy Director General - Chief Engineer, ROSSETI, PJSC;
