Director/PDMR Shareholding and Total Voting Rights
Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces the issue of 432,040 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in respect of the deferred management bonuses for the 2018-2019 financial year.
Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with the admission date expected to be 1 July 2020. On admission, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. The company's total issued share capital following admission will consist of 152,250,802 ordinary shares of 25 pence each with one voting right per share. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
Following the issue of 155,201 Ordinary Shares, Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman, will hold a total of 37,465,595 shares in the Company, representing 24.6% of the issued share capital. Following the issue of 155,201 Ordinary Shares, Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, will hold a total of 1,161,908 shares, representing 0.76% of the issued share capital. Following the issue of 121,638 Ordinary Shares, John Molloy, Chief Operating Officer, will hold a total of 1,163,028 shares, representing 0.76% of the issued share capital.
