In view of finalization of Quarterly accounts for the Quarter ending 30.06.2020, it is hereby notified that Trading Window for dealing in securities of GAIL shall remain closed for designated persons from Wednesday, 1st July, 2020 till 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting wherein the financial results for the quarter ended 30.06.2020 would be considered.
The date of Board Meeting would be intimated in due course.
