Delayed publication of FY2019 audited accounts
The Issuer wishes to announce a delay in the publication of Travelex Holdings Limited's audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (the 'FY2019 Audited Accounts'), which were due to be filed with the Irish Stock Exchange by 30 June 2020. The Issuer and Travelex Holdings Limited have been granted by Companies House in the UK an extension to the filing deadline of their respective FY2019 Audited Accounts and the Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to match the extension of Companies House in the UK.
The reason for this extension to the filing deadline is the delayed completion of financial statements, owing to the consequential implications of Covid-19 on the Travelex Group and the impact of the cyber-attack that affected the Travelex group on 31 December 2019.
The Issuer expects the FY2019 Audited Accounts to be filed with the Irish Stock Exchange prior to the expiration of the extension on 30 December 2020.
