Director/PDMR Shareholding

Shaftesbury PLC (the "Company") announces that Chris Ward was granted options over the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each under the Company's Sharesave Scheme on 9 July 2020, as detailed in the table below:

The options were granted at £4.71 per share representing a 20% discount to the closing mid-market share price of the Company's shares for the five days prior to the invitation date (19 June 2020).

The permitted exercise period for Sharesave options is six months, commencing on the dates listed above. No consideration was paid for the grant of these options.
