In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at 31 July 2020, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 524,626,870 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.01 each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 524,626,870.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
