NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the provisions of Special Condition (G) of the Notes, the terms of the Notes have been amended to give effect to an ISDA Amendment as such term is used in Special Condition (G) of the Notes.
More detailed information regarding the amendment has been made available to the Noteholders via the clearing systems. Additionally, a copy of the amended and restated pricing supplement dated 04 August 2020 relating to the Notes has been made available to the Noteholders via the clearing systems and is available for inspection at the office of the Issuer.
This notice is given by the Issuer.
