Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020

The Company's 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 24 September 2020 at 9.30am.

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020 will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.  The Annual Report is also available on the Company's website: www.kainos.com.

Where applicable, hard copy documents will be posted to shareholders today. 

Due current restrictions relating to Covid-19, the Board feels that it is appropriate that the Company's 2020 AGM is conducted as a closed meeting and asks that all shareholders submit proxy votes this year, following the instructions in the Notice of Meeting.
