Notification of 1H 2020 Results Announcement, Conference Call

24 August 2020. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, will announce its unaudited  interim condensed consolidated IFRS financial results for the six months ended  30 June  2020 on  28 August 2020. 

The Company will hold a conference call for investors and analysts at 15:00 Moscow time (13:00 London / 08:00 New York) on 28 August 2020.

The conference call will be held in Russian with simultaneous translation into English on a separate line.
