The Corporation has been notified of the following transactions in the Corporation's Ordinary 5p shares undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs') on 26 August 2020 in accordance with the rules of The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. Sharesave Option Plan ("SAYE").

The SAYE allows eligible employees to apply for an option to acquire shares in the Corporation by saving a regular amount over the course of five years. The number of Ordinary Shares granted under each SAYE Award is calculated using the cumulative amount of savings over that period divided by the option price of £5.39. The option price was set by the Board using the mid-closing price of the Ordinary Shares on 3 August 2020, the day before invitations were sent to eligible employees, in accordance with the plan rules. Options granted in 2020 can be exercised within six months of 1 October 2025.
The relevant notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
