This notification is made in connection with the distribution in specie of 41,740,235 shares in Vivo Energy PLC, previously held (indirectly, through HIP Oils Mauritius Limited) by Helios Investors, L.P., to the participants in Helios Investors, L.P., in proportions reflecting the participants' respective entitlement to these shares pursuant to their governing documents. The distribution is being effected as part of the regular winding up of Helios Investors, L.P., following the expiry of its term. The distributed shares represent 3.3% of the voting rights of Vivo Energy PLC, with 1.5% distributed to Helios Holdings Limited. |
