Changes to Audit and Remuneration Committee Membership
The Board has approved changes to the composition of the Audit and Remuneration Committees to enhance the efficiency of the operation of those committees while maintaining the high levels of governance expected of and provided by them.
With effect from October 1, 2020, the committees will be reconstituted as follows: the Audit Committee will comprise Alan Murray (continuing as Chair), Tessa Bamford and Cathy Halligan; and the Remuneration Committee will comprise Jacky Simmonds (continuing as Chair), Geoff Drabble, Cathy Halligan, Alan Murray and Tom Schmitt.
