Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Superdry announces that it has sent to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 25 April 2020 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The AGM will be held on Thursday 22 October 2020. As set out in the Notice of AGM, and in line with public health and safety requirements presently in force, shareholders will not be permitted to attend the 2020 AGM. The Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website (corporate.superdry.com).
