POSTING OF CIRCULAR
Further to the announcement this morning regarding the placing of 19,819,820 new Ordinary Shares at a placing price of 555 pence per share ("the Placing Shares"), the Company confirms that the Circular is being posted to shareholders today and will shortly be available on the Company's website at https://draperesprit.com/investors/plc/results-and-reports.
The allotment of the Placing Shares is conditional, inter alia, upon the Company obtaining approval of the Shareholders at a general meeting of the Company to be convened for 10.00 a.m. on 20 October 2020 to grant the Directors the authority to allot the Placing Shares and to disapply statutory pre-emption rights which would otherwise apply to such allotment.
Defined terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those within the Company's announcement on 1 October 2020.
