Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank") hereby informs that the Bank received from person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Bank, the notification on disposal (settlement) of Bank's phantom shares (the "Notification") in connection with the execution of the Variable Compensation Systems in force at the Bank for the Management Staff. The Notification is attached herewith.
