Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14R (2), we have been informed that Lena Wilson, Non-Exective Director of Intertek, is being appointed a Non-Executive Director of Picton Property Income Limited ("Picton") with effect from 1 January 2021 and as Chair Designate. Lena will take over as Chair of Picton effective 1 February 2021.
