Transaction in own shares  

 

14 October 2020

On 14 October 2020, the Company agreed to buy back 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 108.75 pence per ordinary share. The Ordinary Shares bought back will be held in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction, the Ordinary Shares in issue and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
